Chat

Chat is an option that most bingo roomies enjoy. We must make a set of rules when using the service. Chat is there to add an extra element of fun for you so please use it responsibly as to not effect the playing enjoyment of other roomies. Comedy bingo reserves the right to actively remove a player from the site for a serious violation of the chat rules. Comedy Bingo is about having a laugh and we do not want players ruining any enjoyment for another.

Your Chat masters are there to regulate the chat but to also instigate chat games. Chat masters will have the ability to ban players if they feel that players are ruining game play for anyone else.

Please observe the following guidelines for chat etiquette:

• 1.NO complaining in chat. All complaints must be directed to the Help Desk so as not to disturb the flow of chat or cause a confrontation. If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
• 2.Players are not permitted to slander or libel Comedy Bingo Management, employees or affiliates.
• 3.Speak all players politely and in a friendly way at all times.
• 4.Player is chat should be treated with respect. Language that is abusive or aggressive will spoil the game for most players and will not be tolerated. Chat rooms are for extra fun; please do not abuse this.
• 5.Do not use indecent language; this includes swearing, sexual comments and racist insults.
• 6.Since we have males in our membership, please ladies, discuss female problems when only females are in chat.
• 7.Please do not impersonate other players in chat.
• 8.Be both a considerate winner and share your success in the correct manner. Similarly, share in the happiness of other players’ success and please congratulate them.
• 9.When playing bingo, choose a username that is appropriate. If you choose a funny or comedic username, please consider first that other bingo players might view the name as being in bad taste.
• 10.Do not endorse or advertise any other online bingo sites during chat.
• 11.Please refrain from gossip about other players this is especially relevant if the player in question is not there to defend themselves.
• 12.Do not solicite other players for gifts or loans of money.
• 13.Welcome the new roomies (the new players) into chat room. Please allow the chat master to welcome the player and incorporate them into the games however if any other assistance is needed then feel free to help.
• 14.DO NO ABUSE IN ANY WAY the chat master. A chat master is there to moderate the room, instigate chat games and to award prizes. Comedy bingo will not tolerate any abuse on its staff.

Chat rooms are great way to share your experiences, enjoy in each others success, win extra money in the chat games and most of all- have a laugh. The rules here are set in order to safeguard the playing experience of all our players.
